Womble

Every UK child know Womble, I heard.
Wombles are animal which live in Wimbledon common picking up the things those untidy humans have left behind like newspapers, gum wrappers, bus tickets, forgotten umbrellas, etc. They are very clever with their paws and make use of all the things they find. By nature they are recyclers.
All Wombles have each personality.

In Tokyo, there is also an imaginary animal, Totoro. They are living in Higashimurayama village in Tokyo. They are so attractive to hug, because they have big soft bodies.

Teas

England is famous for their teas. Even in a cheap supermarket, there are various kinds of teas. I am happy with it because I love teas so much.
There are not only traditional ones, but also unique ones.
It is enjoyable to see them.
Green tea with lemon, Ginger with orange, various kind of berry tea, and of course various kind of English teas.
I can spend much time just standing in front of them and imagining what kind of taste it is. The small red cup is a Jasmine tea cup which was bought in the supermarket in Tunisia. I need also Jasmine tealeaf.

Girls meeting

All girls have to attend girls meeting regularly, hopefully everyday.
I think, otherwise, we can be wrong.
Today I attended the Thai girls meeting. More than seven girls were gathered in a small room and chatted.
I could not understand Thai language, but still I was able to feel relieved and being comfortable.
They sometime translated Thai conversation into English, so I was able to participate
in the conversation.
I hope I could find UK girls meeting and join it.

Paris

I concluded this trip seeing the building of the institut du monde Arabe, because I started this trip from Tunisia, which is my first Arabic caountry to visit.
I wanted to see the building from I was a university student.
I heard that Mr.Jean Nouvel tried to express Arabic culture with high technilogy.
The building was so beautiful and makes people soft.

Berber wedding

We went back to the Tunis and stayed the hotel we stayed at the very first day of the Tunisia. When we arrived at the hotel it was a little bit nosy. The bell boy said that there would be a wedding party at the night and the bide was his sister. He said he could invite us to the wedding party.
Wedding party!! He said that was the Berbel weddoing party. In Tunisia, only 1 % of people were Berbel and no so many. How lucky we were!
We attended the Berbel wedding party.
Everyone wore a cute and sometimes sexy dress and celebrated the wedding.
We made friends with three little girls there, Omaima(9years old) and Fatima(7years old) and Arij(about 3). I danced Berbel dance with them. And it was quite difficult so still now I do not know how to shake hip. I was surprised to see that little girls could dance sexily and without shyness or timidity in spite of their small age. We also made friends with young adult people. Especially, girls were friendly and beautiful.
I think usual people are quite different from people who have their business with travelers. We were lucky to get to know usual people and found the real Tunisian style at the very last day.

Fatima and Kadiga

We went to Kairowan, using Sousse as a base for this trip. I mean we stayed Sousse and had a day trip to Kairowan. Actually, we met a dangerous event there.
We were too innocent and easy to believe.
We met a man named Jacob. He named us Arabic name. He named me Kadiga and he named my friend Fatima because he could not remember our name. I think he was cleaver. He said his cousin was having wedding party and we could also attend the party. Indigenous wedding party! It was a strong temptation, wasn’t it!
He asked us if we wanted to see the party and we said yes. He said that he already ask his mother to cook extra couscous dish for us. He talked on telephone in Arabic so we could not understand at all. He said he could speak Arabic and French and English and Italian.
He said the wedding party was hold from 7:30 pm, so we need to say later than 7:30. We wanted to go back before dark because it could be dangerous so we told him that we would go back without attending the wedding.
He said it was no good because he already asked his mother the extra couscous dish.
We hesitated to go back without eating the couscous and stayed for a while.
After a while stay with him, we found something strange and realize that everything was false. We decided to go back immediately and we could go out the town without any injury. I am Buddhist and do not have a strong belief, but I want to thank God for our leaving that town safely.

Sousse

We moved to the Sousse, a little bit southern town from Tuni.
I have never known such a beautiful town in my life.
This day was nicest day of three days. Sousse is a beautiful town, especially that medina (fortified Monastery) is out of description. It was just beautiful. When I saw the whole medina from the top of the ribat, a old mosque,
I thought it was worth coming all the way from London.

The Mediterranean sea

We were looking forward to swimming in the Mediterranean sea, but we found out there is no beach in this town which we wanted. We wanted to swim and sleep and drink tropical fruit juice, so we wore swimming suite under clothes and tried to find. There were just ports.
We saw the Mediterranean sea, and I think it was grateful.

arrival at Tunisia

I catch a cold, but I started my travel to Tunisia. Firstly, I flied to Mirano, Italy, and transferred. When I arrived at Tunis, the capital of Tunisia, it was over 1 am. We asked the hotel to pick up us at the airport, so the driver was waiting for us. During the drive, we could see the midnight town. There were many men yelling and it was scaring.
