Originally I made this blog to communicate with with my friends I made with in London . I arrived in London at 14th April 2005 and this is my start studying here. I like computer staff and would like to develop knowledge in that field . I am getting some knowledge from my friends who are so much in that field. So I would like to try what I get and put them on this blog which is useful and understandable for non computer expert person besides my personal diary.

home made lactic acid bacterium

After the earthquake, home made lactic acid bacterium has got some attention from people. It is said and apparently proved that lactic acid bacterium has effect on nuclear effect. Actually it is well know for long time that lactic acid bacterium has effect on nuclear effect. Nagasaki has nuclear bomb attack, and some hospital near central Nagasaki survived without much sacrifice from nuclear effect. There people just eat Miso (Japanese lactic acid bacterium food) everyday and that helped people. Home made lactic acid bacterium is made from water after we rinse the rice. WE just need to leave that water for several days in rather warm temperature like summer time. That water has every thing to grow as a lactic acid bacterium. It has some lactic acid bacterium and yeast starch. What we need is just warm temperature. If we add some salt and brown sugar, they will grow more solidly.   I am not sure if ever this home made lactic acid bacterium is introduced in English. Lactic acid bacterium is everywhere like cheese and batter but maybe not many people made lactic acid bacterium water at home. In japan, quite few people know about this and make lactic acid bacterium water at home. I also made them and try them out. I would say Wow. It is really something. I shall introduce it more detail with picture here.
